All
items come with a full money back guarantee - if you're not happy with them
in any way or they're not suitable (eg: they don't fit) then we'll give you
a full refund.
It's important that you read the information on this page if you need to return
something.
We will not accept returns that we are not expecting, or where these instructions
have not been followed.
There are two types of returns, "unsuitable" items and "faulty"
items - please read the relevant section below carefully.
1) Unsuitable Items (if the item is faulty,
rather than unsuitable, ignore this and look further down the page)
If you find that an item
you buy from us isn't suitable (eg: doesn't fit, you don't like the colour
etc) then we'll be more than happy to exchange or refund it for you, so
long as the freelollies tag is still attached, the item is in the same condition
as it was when it left us (unworn, unwashed and smoke-free) and you notify
us within 7 days of receipt
The first thing to do, or rather
not to do is remove the freelollies tag. Unfortunately we cannot exchange non-faulty
items where the tag has been taken off. This is due to the small minority of
customers who think that it's OK to wear and wash an item a few times before
returning it saying that they don't like the colour!
Next you need to send an email to returns@freelollies.co.uk within 7 days of
your goods being delivered giving your order number and details of the item
that you'd like to return.
We will then confirm your return by email - you then need to send the parcel
back to the address given in your Returns Confirmation email ... the parcel
MUST reach us within 7 days of the email being sent to you (14 days for non-UK
customers), otherwise we will charge a re-stocking/admin fee as follows ...
Items Returned within 7 days (14
days for non-UK customers) - Full Refund
Items Returned after 8-14 days (15-21 days for non-UK customers) - Full Refund
less 20% restocking/admin fee
Items Returned after 15-28 days - (22-28 days for non-UK customers) - Full Refund
less 50% restocking/admin fee
Items Returned after 28 days - No Refund.
Please note
that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Freelollies
cannot
be held responsible for any parcels sent to us that get "lost in the post".
We advise you to send your package by Recorded Delivery to ensure that you
are
covered for any loss in the mail. You will be responsible for the cost of sending
the item back to us.
As soon as
we have received your return (and checked that it is in the same condition
as it was when we sent
it to you) we will send you a full refund.
2) Faulty Items
We never knowingly send out faulty items, however mistakes will happen and
from time to time (we're all human!)
If you receive
an item that is faulty,
then don't worry - will will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
Do not try to repair the item yourself! Let
us deal with the problem, you've just purchased a brand new item - you shouldn't
be
having to fix it. We will NOT
refund faulty items that have been tampered with in any way, even if you had
the best of intentions!
Please email us (returns@freelollies.co.uk) as soon as possible to let us know
about
the
fault
-
we will then email you straight back to arrange for the item to be sent back
to
us. As
soon as we receive the damaged item, we will refund your payment, along with
any postage that you've had to pay to return it to us.
Please note that we reserve the right to have faulty items independently
inspected if we believe that the garment may have been tampered with or has
suffered "unreasonable abuse".
Our 'Returns policy' is designed
to make shopping with freelollies as quick and easy as possible and in no way
affects your cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations (see
our terms & conditions page)
